Team Development and Culture Consulting
In addition to executive assessment, RoundPegg also offers consulting to help improve the employee performance on your existing teams. Not all managers are afforded the opportunity to select their own team and often those they inherit could use some fine-tuning.
The Team Development and Culture Workshop is a full day of helping your team understand who each of them are as individuals and how they work within the team as a whole.
This workshop facilitates the conversation around your employees' strengths and how they can best be put to use given the goals and needs of the team.
The output of this session is a brief, hand-crafted document for the manager that provides the actions s/he should take to get the most from each employee. Additionally, each team member will receive a similar document that reminds them of their strengths and the strengths of those around them.
